Trends in Review: Spring 2024

As we prepare for the spring 2024 season, it's time to revamp our wardrobes with some new trends.Whether you're dashing between classes or lounging at your spring break destination, discover the essential looks to keep you effortlessly chic throughout the semester. Let's dive into the list:

Olive Green Everything

Is olive green the new cherry red? From crochet sweaters to long skirts, this earthy tone is in. Whether you opt for head-to-toe monochrome or subtle accents, olive green adds sophistication to our everyday looks.

Sparkly Eyeshadow

Stemming from celebrity culture, it's time to embrace our inner sparkle. Perfect for a night out with friends, a little shimmer goes a long way. This is the perfect elevation to your makeup routine to keep your look on-trend. Silver, gold, or a fun hue - you choose.

Denim Accessories

Denim is in this season, and we can't get enough. Personally, I'm always a fan of a Canadian tuxedo, but for some, a whole denim outfit can be too much. This season, we're loving denim accessories that effortlessly compliment our look. From cute mini bags to fashionable belts, denim adds a casual-cool vibe to any ensemble.

Comfy Flats

As a tall girl, I’m all here for this trend. Who says fashion can't be comfortable? Ditch the platform heels and boots for the office, so whether you are strutting across campus or going out, flats are the perfect shoe. With so many styles available, you can stay on your feet all day and night without sacrificing style.

Bold Red Lips

The ever-so iconic statement is in this season. A classic red lip is always sure to turn heads. Whether you're rocking it for a presentation or a date night, a swipe of red lipstick adds instant confidence. If you are brave enough to pull off a red lip, this is the time to rock it.

Leopard Print Anything

If your whole Pinterest hasn't been flooded with leopard print cargos and mini dresses, have you been living under a rock? We all love the mob wife aesthetic, and it's here to stay. The Y2K-esk pattern will always weave in and out of trend cycles, so my advice is to invest in your animal print pieces because you never know when they will come back to play.
