Angela saw herself (at a young age) as a fashion designer creating pieces that people would adore. Fashion and bikinis were dreams that Angela kept close to her heart throughout her life. When COVID-19 hit, she decided to make that dream a reality. With all this free time on her hands, she started collecting, sewing, and creating. With hard work, Angela created her first-ever bikini. Her friends gushed and raved. It gave her newfound confidence. A question popped into Angela’s head.

If people are already asking to buy her bikinis without her even promoting it; imagine what she could do if it became a brand. With that, Angela had multiple visions in mind. She saw herself creating a cute brand, with great quality, but NOT breaking the bank. Many bikini brands, these days, are marketing their suits at very high rates. The targeted demographic, for some brands, is teenage and college-aged girls. Many cannot afford a $100 bikini suit. She, also, wanted to promote body positivity.

With those ideas and visions, Kinis By Carter was born. In the beginning of Kinis By Carter, Angela focused on the more girlier side of bikinis. Bows were a must. Laces were highlighted.
Now, her designs are delving more towards the edgier side of things. Whether someone wants to feel like a chic rockstar or a pretty princess, Kinis By Carter has something that will cater to every girl’s style. Angela is a committed owner who loves connecting with her customers. To see a customer post her bikini means everything to her. She loves seeing how much someone adores her design. “It feels like seeing the sun after a rainy day.” From her first creation to now, Kinis By Carter’s journey is just beginning. Angela is constantly expanding her brand. Each drop is a new design, color, or pattern. Bikinis are the definition of fun. Life isn’t the same without rocking a swimsuit with your friends.
